Change an assumption or ask a follow-up

Tap a tag to pick another value, or just ask the next thing.

Anything the assistant assumed shows as a small tag on the answer card, such as “term: 30 years”. A tag with a chevron opens its alternatives; picking another term, split or down payment works the card out again.

To change something yourself, ask the next thing: “and at 6%?”, “what about 15 years?”, “with $20,000 down?”. A follow-up keeps everything else from your last question.

Say the number with its unit or role, like “6%”, “15 years” or “$500 a month”, so it’s clear what you’re changing.
