Use RPN entry

Numbers first, then the operation. No equals key, no parentheses.

RPN is in Vintage’s Financial mode. Switch with the ALG / RPN badge; switching clears the stack but not your stored values.

  • Type the numbers first, then the operation: 3 ENTER 4 + gives 7.
  • Each operator works on the last two numbers straight away.
  • For (3 + 4) × 5: 3 ENTER 4 + 5 × gives 35.
  • x↔y swaps the last two numbers, R↓ rolls the stack, and LSTx brings back the number that was in X before the last operation.
